Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DigitalWall — the cloud digital-signage platform, including the web console, the device player, and the website at digitalwall.in (together, the "Service") — operated by O2Labs Solutions Pvt Ltd ("DigitalWall", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

DigitalWall lets you manage screens, upload media, build campaigns, and play content on displays you control. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the Service.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when you register and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free trial.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) upload or display content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful; (b) use the Service to violate anyone's rights, including intellectual-property or privacy rights; (c) attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure; or (d) resell the Service without our written permission. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and must hold all rights necessary to display it.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the media and content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and deliver that content to your screens solely to operate the Service for you. You can delete your content at any time from your account.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, logos, and the DigitalWall brand, is owned by O2Labs Solutions Pvt Ltd and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service; they do not transfer any ownership to you.

6. Billing & subscriptions

The Service is offered on a per-screen, prepaid monthly subscription after a 7-day free trial. Prices are shown on our pricing page and in your account; customers in India are billed in INR and international customers in USD. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner (Razorpay). You are responsible for applicable taxes. Charges, cancellation, and refunds are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Cancellation & suspension

You may stop using the Service at any time; because billing is prepaid, you simply choose not to renew. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or fail to pay amounts due.

8. Service availability

We work to keep the Service reliable, and the device player caches content to keep screens playing during brief network interruptions. However, the Service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
